This Month’s Top ‘New Build’ Properties – October 2018

Posted: by October 24th, 2018

There’s something very enticing about a ‘new build’ property.

As a blank canvas, it offers possibility – a space that you take and transform into a home that’s truly your own.

You’ll be the first person to ever live in the property, which means you can often select certain features and tailor aspects of the design to meet your needs. As it’s constructed from new materials and built to meet certain standards, it’s likely to be more energy efficient, potentially safer and any repairs costs will probably be low for the first few years at least.

We know you guys love a new build. When we find a good one, they are without doubt the most popular homes on our social media channels. With that in mind, we’ve rounded up some of our favourites from this month.
