As January comes to a close, we’re sharing the month’s most popular properties. These are the homes that you’ve been loving most on PropertyPal.com and on our Facebook page.

There’s a lot of variety in this month’s most popular; from quaint bungalows to show stopping penthouse apartments. So, whether you’re on the market for new home or just scrolling for interior inspo, we hope you enjoy January’s selection of best loved homes to buy and rent in Northern Ireland.

10.  THE GATE LODGE BLOOMHILL DEMESNE, 49 NEWMILLS ROAD, NEWMILLS, DUNGANNON – £165 per week

The two bedroom bungalow attracted a lot of attention on our Facebook page, thanks to its quirky exterior and surprisingly modern finish inside.

9. BROOKLANDS, 143 GROOMSPORT ROAD, BANGOR – asking price £1,125,000

This five bedroom property for sale in Bangor wowed you lot, thanks to it’s picture perfect details. We’re still swooning over that GORGEOUS kitchen.

8. BRIDGEWATER, CLOONEY ROAD, DERRY/LONDONDERRY  – price £395,000

This brand new property got a lot of attention for its slick, modern aesthetic, spacious rooms and pretty reasonable price.

7. 33 BALLYCRUMMY ROAD, ARMAGH – offers over £195,000

This house for sale in Armagh stunned with gorgeous, contemporary interior choices. And best of all – it’s under £200k!

6. BELVEDERE HOUSE, 228 BALLYLESSON ROAD, DRUMBO, LISBURN – offers around £1,650,000

With a bar, games room and impressive cinema room, this property made a name for itself as the ultimate party pad.

5. THE LEAVES, 107 TULLYARD ROAD, DRUMBO, LISBURN – asking price £2m

To our surprise, this extravagant £2m property turned out to be a bit of a marmite house. Whilst some loved the ultra modern finish, others were absolutely turned off by the cold black tiles.

4. 46C GLENMAQUILL ROAD, KNOCKLOUGHRIM, MAGHERAFELT – offers over £450,000

We still can’t get enough of this incredible six bedroom property which is a showstopper inside and out.

3. THE LAKE HOUSE, JUDGES ROAD, WATERSIDE, L’DERRY – POA

This house is nothing short of idyllic. Who could say no to a home that overlooks a lake?

2. BALLYSALLAGH ROAD, DROMORE – offers around £850,000

It has a classic exterior and an almost futuristic feel inside – so we weren’t sure what kind of reaction this property would get. But, it turned out, you guys absolutely loved it; with the cinema and games rooms being the main attraction.

1. 40 THE PENTHOUSE, CUSTOM HOUSE RESIDENCE, 2 ULSTER STREET, BELFAST – asking price £550,000

This month’s most popular Northern Irish property was this sensational penthouse in Belfast City centre. Lots of you were commenting on how this would be perfect for soaking up some free concerts at Custom House Square – but at over half a million, they’d need to be some pretty good gigs!
