According to the Office of National Statistics house prices in Northern Ireland rose 2.4% in February from up from 0.8% in January. Although the annual rate slowed to 7.6% compared with 7.9% in the year to January, the ONS said.  Price increases were particularly strong in the East and South West of England, where the ONS index reached a record high.

This correlates closely with the growth and demand that we at PropertyPal are also seeing, with particularly a strong traffic for the first three months of the year.
