Top 10 Most Popular Homes In Northern Ireland – March 2018

Posted: by April 4th, 2018

Another month is done and dusted, which means it’s time to count down the most popular Northern Irish homes on our website and social media channels, during March 2018.

Spring has well and truly sprung and throughout the last 31 days we’ve seen a variety of glorious potential holiday homes, close to the coast and in idyllic spots in Donegal, well and truly getting us in the mood for the prospect of better weather.

March also saw the launch of some brand new and highly anticpated luxury developments, such as Coralmount in Derry/Londonderry, which went down very well with our Facebook fans.

So, let’s take a look at the homes that got everyone talking…

10. Craigmore, 30 Ballygraney Road, Holywood – Offers around £1,500,000

Contemporary property finished to the highest standard, with panoramic views across Belfast Lough. Where do we sign?!!

9. Type A, Bridgewater, Limavady Road, Waterside, L’Derry – Asking price £375,000

A supremely modern home, with glossy flooring, impressive lighting and a kitchen that’s nothing short of sensational.

8. 100D Killeeshill Road, Dungannon – Asking price £625,000

This 10 year old stone fronted home is high spec throughout and has one of the most magnificent dramatic staircases we’ve seen.

7. 34 Ballysallagh Road, Dromore – Offers around £850,000

Cinema, snooker room, gym, children’s play area and Wendy house, countryside views, four huge bedrooms, triple garage, 2 acres of land – what more could you possibly want?

6. 14 The Cottages, The Mill Village, Comber – Offers around £235,000

There’s nothing we love more than a property that’s a total shock on the inside. What looked like a humble home from the exterior turned out to be a deceptively spacious property with a fabulous open plan kitchen and dining area and a beautiful lounge that just catches the sunlight.

5. Coralmount, Derry – POA

This month we were lucky enough to pay a visit to the brand new Coralmount developments, before they launched to the public in mid-March. We knew when we saw them that our audience would fall head over heels for these homes. If you want to find out more about them, you can read here.

4. 4 South Parade, Ormeau Road, Belfast – Offers over £389,995

This stylish Belfast property was a smash hit, as it was a total surprise on the inside, with incredible parquet floors, exposed brick and unusual modern details, like the curved ensuite doors.

3. Beechtree Manor, 95 Crankill Road, Ballymena – POA

It’s not often that a rental of this standard comes on the market. So it was no surprise to us that this extravagant five bedroom house, with its glamorous staircase and home bar, went wild on PropertyPal.com.

2. 23A Ballywee Road, Parkgate, Ballyclare – Guide price £450,000

Built around 8 years ago, this property is beautifully designed and wonderfully spacious. We fell totally in love with the incredible lounge with its woodburning stove and that gorgeous luxury kitchen.

  1. 24 Trenchill Road, Ballyclare – Offers over £550,000

This is the very definition of a home that has it all. Not only is the styling and decor drop dead gorgeous, but it has its own indoor pool, a bar and a dance floor. Living here, you’d never have to leave the house again!
